All of the day program staff get certfied through WI DHS's Certified Direct Care Professional program, trained in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and continously receive education and trainings throughout the year.

Melissa started her career in this field by providing respite care at a previous agency. Currently at Clover she is working with the weekend teen participants (and fills in for after school when needed) making camp the best experience it can be for them! She states, "I truly enjoy making a difference in lives."
