Supervised Visitation Program (SVP)

In Clover's Supervised Visitation Program (SVP), the focus is on reunifying families experiencing difficulties. We allow children and parents to maintain relationships while plans and reunification processes are in progress.

A comforting, safe environment allows children and their visiting parent/other adult to spend quality time together.

Visits are supervised by professional staff who provide observation, documentation, education, and intervention services.

Visitation Hours and Location

Monday-Thursday 10am-8pm

Saturday 9am-2pm

Fees

Intake Fee: $70 (non-refundable and must be paid to schedule an intake; is expected to be split by both parties unless court-order denotes otherwise)

Standard Visitation: $70 per visiting hour

Nurturing Parent Visitation: $85 per visiting hour

Court Appearances: $125 per day

$25 late cancellation fee (less than 24 hour notice but at least 2 hours before)

Any sessions cancelled less than 2 hours, if the visiting adult does not show, or visiting adult is late to a Separate Arrival resulting in the cancellation of the visit, the full visit amount will be due and must be paid prior to the next scheduled visit.

Process

Visiting parent/adult needs to complete the referral form, read and sign the SVP Policy for Visiting Parent, and pay the $70 non-refundable intake fee. This fee is split between the non-custodial and custodial parent, unless otherwise court ordered.

Upon receiving all three of these, the visiting parent will be contacted within 48 business hours to schedule an intake appointment.  The custodial parent, or placement contact, will be called to determine a schedule (if not already appointed by a court of law).

During intake, the SVP Policy for Visiting Parent will be thoroughly discussed, a schedule planned, and a start date. Releases of Information will also be signed by all parties to communicate with a court of law, guardian ad litem, child welfare agency, etc.
